Taking care of cattle is what we do best so you can feel good feeding your family beef
I-87, the Great Adirondack Northway, funnels a rush of traffic right along the western edge of our pasture ground. All day, all night. Always hustling. A metaphor for modern life. If there wasn’t a schedule to keep, no next thing to do, could you imagine taking a turn off that busy fastlane, hunting up a dirt road and following it to where it ends? Maybe in a forest, a field, along a stream. Stepping out. Breathing deep. And remembering feeling good.
Exit32!Beef – Where feeling good tastes great!

Happy cattle are
healthy, productive cattle
The health and life experience of our cattle is important to us. As such, we take measures to prevent health issues before they occur including vaccinations and parasite control, ensuring adequate nutrition and sanitation. For the rare health related issues, we have appropriate handling facilities and will use any appropriate veterinary approved method to remedy the issue as quickly as possible
Cattle are kept in pasture conditions as much as possible. This can be done year round through judicious use of wind breaks, shade and other natural shelters along with appropriate bedding materials. This helps keep cattle clean, dry and reduces the risk of diseases sometimes associated with confined spaces.
Pastures are rotated. We like to see healthy populations of earthworms and insects as an indication of the health of our soils.
Testimonials
Meet your farmers
Greg
Greg’s fascination with cattle goes back to when he asked for a calf instead of a puppy. In exchange for an empty piggy bank, that’s what he got! Since then, his path has led past a cattle management degree, work experience on an East Texas Ranch, the adventure of a Peace Corps animal production volunteer, management experience on a northern New York dairy farm, project management of a sustainable farming initiative, his current day job as a cattle management consultant and “cow dietitian” and – the formation of the East Adirondack Cattle Company, LLC. He believes his passion, experience and abilities – on whatever scale – can help feed the world.
Jeanette
Jeanette is passionate about ensuring Exit32!Beef’s cattle are handled with respect from birth to processing. She has been caring for animals for over 40 years. After growing up on a small dairy farm, she maintained a vegetarian diet in her 20’s and continues to care deeply about production, choosing to consume beef produced exclusively on the farm. Exit32!Beef is food she feels good about enjoying as part of her own healthy, whole food diet. Jeanette also enjoys conditioning her two horses, spending long hours and miles training and competing them in both competitive trail and endurance rides. They actively compete in distances up to 100 miles in NY, VT, NH and Maine.
